Boxing Boot Camp is the best of both worlds. This class involves high-intensity boxing intervals that split with strength exercises using TRX, dumbbells, Bosus, and stability balls. If you’re looking for a class to burn fat and build strength, this class is recommend 2-3x/week.

Through intense and complex punching and kicking combinations, you will improve core strength, enhance your cardiovascular endurance, relieve stress, and build self-confidence! This fun-filled and structured format employs games and drills that are guaranteed to improve kids' overall coordination and cardiovascular conditioning, strength and flexibility, as well as boost their sportsmanship, leadership, and teamwork skills that seamlessly transfer into all learning and competitive environments.
