KIDS CLASSES

Mini Ninja Warriors

  • Includes running, jumping, swinging, climbing, balancing, and epic obstacle courses.

  • Your child will enjoy building agility, coordination, problem-solving, and confidence.

  • Equipment: rowers, rings, ropes, ladders, hurdles, hoops, boxes, bands and more!

Mini Ninja Warriors is our most popular youth class designed for ages 4-7.

Our motivating and passionate coaches will create a positive class filled with agility courses, ropes swings, obstacles to concur, races and relays, noodle wars, forts and more.

This fun, high energy class is designed to challenge and empower our youngest warriors. 

 

Youth Boxing (ages 8-14)

Learn the art of boxing.  Get in shape with conditioning boxing drills and be challenged mentally with boxing combinations on heavy bags as well as partner mitts. Great for building self confidence while getting a great strength and cardio workout.





Friday Fusion

  • Includes a variety of exercises

  • Skill Level: Middle School

  • Equipment: Bosu, TRX, gliders, rowers, med balls, cable pulley functional trainer, the Rogue GHD, and resistance bands.

This lively class is grounded in boxing and circuit training but also incorporates a variety of other exercises designed to target all fitness goals and interests of the adolescent athlete. Each class has a surprise piece of exercise equipment and new challenges!


Note: Wear comfortable clothing and gym shoes. Boxing gloves are available for use. We recommend the purchase of boxing gloves and hand wraps, which are both available at the front desk.

 

TEEN BOXING

Boxing for fitness - learn to properly hit and throw kicks.

Get in shape with conditioning boxing drills and be challenged mentally with boxing combinations on heavy bags as well as partner mitts.

Great for building self confidence while getting a great strength and cardio workout.


Advanced Boxing (Ages 10+)

Advanced Boxing is for those who are SERIOUSLY interested in gaining real boxing skills and knowledge. This class will take your child's boxing skills to the next level. Prior boxing experience or youth director approval required. 








Girl Power Mini Ninja Warriors


Girl Power Mini Ninja Warriors is a girl's only take on our traditional Mini Ninja Warrior Class, geared towards girls K-2nd. Our motivating and passionate coaches will create a positive class filled with agility courses, ropes swings, obstacles to concur, races and relays, noodle wars, forts and more. This fun, high energy class is designed to challenge and empower our youngest warriors.

Elite Ninja Warriors

Elite Ninja Warriors is an advanced version of our Mini Ninja Warrior class. It is designed for our older ninjas (8-12 years old) and will challenge your children both physically and mentally. This class is for only the bravest of warriors.

Birthday Parties

We offer high-energy customized parties for kids ages 4 - 12.

With 7000 square feet and state-of-the-art equipment, we specialize in creating uniquely-themed fitness-oriented parties including our wildly popular ninja warrior obstacle courses as well as interactive and engaging boxing, kickboxing, Bootcamp, yoga, and more!

When your kids have a day off of school, get them out of the house and into a youth camp!

Youth Camps

Next camp:

Girl Power

April 19th

11:30 AM - 1:30 pm

  • Girl Power themed empowerment project

  • Lunch (brought from home)

  • For girls in 1st through 3rd grade!

    What Your Daughter Can Expect:
    -Mini Ninja Warrior Style class, incorporating obstacle courses, relay races, running games, fitness challenges and more (1 hour and 15 minutes)
    -Lunch around 12:30 pm. Girls will be responsible for bringing a package lunch from home. (20 minutes)
    -A ‘Girl Power’ themed arts and crafts project (25 minutes)


Other camps/classes are available upon request for days off of school and/or weekends. Most camps are Mini Ninja Warrior themed for boys, girls, or both and last between 1.5 and 2 hours. 

After School Enrichment

Pulse hits the road. Catch us at some local elementary schools for our after school enrichment programs.

We are currently at Walden, Kipling, Sherwood and more for Pulse's Ninja Warrior Training.

It's a bootcamp style class that challenges children, grades 1-5, with equipment such as medicine balls, resistance bands, agility ladders, ropes, Bosu balls and more.

This fun-filled and structured format employs games and drills that are guaranteed to improve children's overall coordination and cardiovascular conditioning, strength and flexibility, as well as boost their sportsmanship, leadership, and teamwork skills. Our motivating and passionate coaches create empowering and exciting fitness classes that will quickly become your child’s favorite hour of the week.
