Our Mini Ninja Warrior class is an adaptation of our athletic performance classes but is geared for our youngest athletes. Minis is a crazy fun fitness-based class designed to challenge and empower. We teach kids the most foundational movement patterns including running, jumping, pushing, pulling, core bracing and more.
Minis is filled with obstacle courses, workout challenges, fitness skill work, partner games, relay races and more. This class is designed to build a strong foundation of athletic skills by helping to develop coordination, agility, speed and strength.
